Shipping policy

Minimum Shippable Value £5

This is due to minimum shipping cost being 85p + packing and minimum fees being 25p, then VAT. To offer free shipping across the board we can not support orders below £5. 

Shipping Days:

Due to our small size, we currently only ship parcels between Tuesday-Friday unless otherwise able. As we grow and take on staff our ability to post parcels will increase again. This is clearly stated in the website banner so please take this into account before ordering. We will do our best to get orders out in a timely manner. 

Free Shipping Tiered System:

We now run a free shipping tier based system. The more you spend, the faster the postage with the ability to pay more to get it faster if wanted. This is to make it more accessible to everyone without the need to bump up prices. 

The current tier system is as follows:
-Royal Mail Second Class: £3-£20
-Royal Mail First Class: £20-£40
-Tracked48: £40-£100
-Tracked24 - £100+

This is subject to change as this is a new policy and we will probably need to 'find our feet' with it to ensure that the best service can be provided. 

To boost the postage up to Express for orders under £100 theres an option to pay £1 extra. This will boost as follows:
2nd class shipping to 1st class
1st class to Tracked48
Tracked48 to Tracked24.

To jump straight up to Tracked24 for orders under £100 this is £2.
