Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our right to cancel
We are a community first store, if individuals buy product in large quantities or try to clear our product lines, if we suspect this is to resell or clears out a product line so others no longer have access to it we hold the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation before Dispatch
If you have a change of heart with your order, before it has been dispatched to you, you are welcome to cancel the order and the refund process will begin. Please see the Refund Policy below. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are not happy with your delivery or it is damaged/incorrect on delivery, please see the return policy above.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for goods that have been opened due to the nature of the goods being sold (collectibles).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Other Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at contact@binderful.co.uk. Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.
Liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order.
All liability for shipping is with the delivery company unless the item is lost. For any lost items confirmed via tracking, a replacement will be shipped out to you or a refund if that product is no longer available. If the order is lost or misrouted, but will arrive to the shipping address provided no compensation will be provided.
